[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J] Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The habeas corpus petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking an order directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the alleged detenue D.Umadevi, the daughter of the petitioner, aged 27 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. The alleged detenue is produced before this Court. While we enquired, she submits that there is no illegal detention. 4.When there is no illegal detention, we are of the view that there is nothing survives for adjudication in this habeas corpus petition.
