[Order of the Court was made BY S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] The petitioner has come forward to file the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 for their illegal corruptive action by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 14.06.2013 and 07.01.2013.

2. The petitioner has submitted representations, dated 14.06.2013 and 07.01.2013, seeking action against the respondents 5 and 6, on the ground that they were involved in corrupt activities. Since no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2013 and 07.01.2013, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, who are likely to be affected, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
