The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay 23 months arrears of petitioner's family pension with interest based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2013

2. Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.
