ORDER

The petitioner, who was granted land by the Government has filed an application dated 10.07.2013 before the third respondent seeking to survey and demarcate her land within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. Since the said application has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition.

2. It is seen that even though an application has been filed on 10.07.2013, so far no action has been taken by the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader took notice and submitted that the matter is under process and appropriate orders would be passed in a short while.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner

dated 10.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
