ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue Family Card to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 20.11.2013.

2. Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.
