ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 498(A), 294(b) of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a matrimonial differences between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioner had made cruelty upon the defacto complainant and abused her in filthy language. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that it is a matrimonial dispute between the parties, for which, a criminal complaint has been lodged against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR stage and the case has not been registered.

5. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), so far no case has been registered. In view of the above, the petition is closed.
