ORDER

The petitioner faces execution of non-bailable warrant in C.C. Nos. 1793 of 2013 and C.C.2130 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kuthuparamba, in which the petitioner is alleged to have committed offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. The petitioner's apprehension is that if he surrenders before the court, he may be remanded to custody. He prays that the court concerned may be directed to consider and dispose of the application which he proposes to make on the date of his surrender itself.

Having given anxious consideration of the various aspects, these petitions are disposed of directing the court
