This appeal relates to an education loan availed from the State Bank of Travancore. The bank has offered the appellants/defendants a settlement contemporaneous with the institution of the appeal. That has been accepted and acted upon by the defendants and the loan transaction is settled. This means that the institution of this appeal was unnecessary. There is no cause of action to entertain this appeal. Hence, this appeal is rejected. Refund court fee paid at the time of the institution of the appeal to the appellants through their learned counsel.
