JUDGMENT
When the defect in the cause title was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel sought permission to withdraw this Writ Petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with a proper cause title. Permission is granted.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid right of the writ petitioner.
