Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 10th February, 2014 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in IA No.73 of 2012 (arising out of CP No.204 of 2011), whereby allowing an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the Petitioner has been directed to pay pendente lite maintenance at the rate of Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.
