Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court records the submission of Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that involving the Revenue Case No. 71 of 2020, there is completion of pleading. Keeping the above statement in view, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to expedite the hearing involving such proceeding and by complete the same within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but however involving Parties concerned.
