Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is a matter involving removal of obstruction in the matter of clearing Nayanjori.

On the self-same issue it appears representations at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexures-2 & 3 is pending before the competent authority. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Aul all Opposite Party No.2 to considers the representation at Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision thereon involving the Parties are likely to be affected within a period of one month from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but however taking into consideration the plea taken in the Writ Petition.
