The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Executive Engineer, Electrical-Opposite Party No.2 for a fresh power connection to his residential house over Plot No. 831 under Khata No.314 situated in mouza Bikrampur under Khallikote Tahasil in the district of Ganjam.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition stating that power connection has already been restored to his premises. He, however, submits that for the disputed bill amount, the Petitioner will approach the Grievance Redressal Forum constituted under Section 42 (5) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
