01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To admit the original application, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same by granting the arrear salary (only increment towards 6th Pay Commission) of the applicant applying / implementing the 6th Pay Commission on her salary from the year 2006-2008 and also by granting the entire arrear salary of the applicant with 6th Pay commission from the year 2008 to till date.
(ii) To direct the respondents to update the service book of the applicant;
(iii) To direct the Respondents to consider the applicants case for hr transfer from Basudevpur Girls High School to any School / Hostel at Bhubaneswar on the basis of her illness.
// 2 // (iv) Any other order/orders, direction/directions be passed as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Tribunal for the ends of justice."

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
