01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Devdas on behalf of Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner has filed this writ Petition challenging the order of rejection rejecting his claim for appointment under the provision of Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

4. The impugned order shows that the Petitioner's father has died in the year 1975 and at the relevant time the provision of OCS (R.A) Rules, 1990 was not there. But the Petitioner prayed for benefit of the said Rules. Prima facie the impugned order has been passed rightly by the said Opp. Party and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.
