Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioners accused in G.R. Case No.514 of 2022, pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni, arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.297 of 2022, for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 341/323/354/307/506/34 IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar by order dated 22.11.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioners are in custody since 23.10.2022 and charge sheet has been filed on 10.12.2022.

It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the petition for compromise by way of affidavit sworn by the injured is on record.

Considering the same, this Court directs the Petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
