Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the Writ Petition, it is claimed that there has been reopening of the proceeding vide Revision Petition Case Nos.534, 535, 536, 537, 538, 539, 540, 541, 542 of 2016 remain undisposed of as of now. Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of such proceeding at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however involving all parties concerned.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
