Considering the age of the Petitioner involved herein and the nature of request, this Court finds, the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-2 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take decision, as appropriate, by completing such exercise at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
