Apparently nothing survives in the present petition, wherein prayer was made for issuance of writ in the nature of quo-warranto, not allow respondent No.8 to continue on the post of Senior Accountant, and when there was no interim order granted by the Division Bench while admitting the petition on 21.09.2001.
