This appeal has been filed by the appellant/plaintiff challenging judgment and decree dated 23.10.1990 whereby appeal filed by the respondents has been accepted by the learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar while setting judgment and decree dated 15.02.1988 passed by the learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Tarn Taran and consequent thereto, suit filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been dismissed.

Notice had been issued to the appellant.

As per office report, the sole appellant in this case has since passed away. No application, whatsoever, has been filed by the legal representatives of the appellant.
