Perusal of file shows that learned counsel for the petitioner has deliberately absented from the court proceedings, so as to prolong the litigation or for the reason best known to him. Despite the fact that case has been called thrice before and post lunch, petitioner had gone unrepresented, knowing well that there is no merit in the instant petition, inasmuch as usually, in case, of non-appearance of any advocate, it is a common practice that cases are being adjuourned.
