The petitioner is himself a complainant and has set the criminal law into motion by lodging an FIR (P-1). What he actually prays for in this petition is blanket anticipatory bail. He alleges police harassment. In the petition, no material particulars of harassment are pleaded as to date, time and place where he says he was called without following due process. No ground is made out to interfere in this matter. Dismissed.

The petitioner would remain at liberty to pursue his remedies as are available in law and to take his request under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to his logical conclusion.
