(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner will be satisfied if respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law on representation dated 13.9.2013 (Annexure P/2), made to him by the petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala to take appropriate action in accordance with law on representation dated 13.9.2013 (Annexure P/2), already stated to have been moved to him by the petitioner. Disposed of.
