***** RAM CHAND GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.600 dated 29.11.2013, under Sections 148/149/323/324/427/506 IPC, registered at police station Mujesar, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners requests that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file another one with better particulars as there are some typographical mistakes. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. ( RAM CHAND GUPTA ) December 30, 2013.
