RAM CHAND GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.87, dated 2.9.2013, under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC and Section 326 IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners requests for withdrawal of this petition on the plea that there are some typographical mistakes and he will file another one with better particulars.
