Mr. C.K.Pundit, Advocate, for the petitioners Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law on application dated 27.12.2013 (Annexure P/5), made to him by the petitioners.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot to take appropriate action in accordance with law on application dated 27.12.2013 (Annexure P/5), already stated to have been moved to him by the petitioners. Nothing in this order shall have any bearing regarding age of the petitioners or factum or validity of their marriage or on any civil or criminal proceedings.
However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move this Court, if need arises.
Disposed of.
