It apprears that appellant is no longer interested in pursuing this appeal.

This Court has also gone through the judgments of the Courts below and also purused the grounds of appeal. It is noced that suit for possession in respect of 02 kanal 13 marla of land was filed by the plainffs by alleging that the same had been encroached upon by the defendantsrespondents by pu.ng barbed wire. The trial Court a/er framing necessary issues and taking into consideraon evidence, dismissed the suit on 18.02.1999 and the appeal filed by the appellants was dismissed on 24.12.2002.

A/er perusing the paper book, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the concurrent findings of the fact as recorded by the Courts below, which are found to be based upon the proper appreciaon of evidence on record.
