Petitioner alongwith his co-accused is involved in theft of vehicles and thereafter dismantling such vehicles selling them as scrap. Keeping in view the nature and gravity of offence, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely necessary for completing the chain of investigation.

No ground for anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
