The applicant through instant application is seeking review of order dated 08.04.2026 passed by this Court whereby main petition was dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternative remedies in accordance with law, however, in the order, said liberty has not been granted. There are further developments due to which the applicant can file fresh petition, however, order dated 08.04.2026 is likely to come in his way. The applicant may be granted liberty to avail alternative remedies in accordance with law.
