This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide the Execution Application No.4928 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025.

On a pointed query raised by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 10.04.2026, the matter was adjourned sine die in view of the insolvency proceedings against respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application before the Executing Court at the appropriate stage. 3.
