(ORAL) Present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 06.12.2017 in CWP No. 13006 of 2017, titled "Anil Kumar Versus State of Haryana and others" passed by learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant assailing the appointment of Sunder Lal (respondent No. 5 herein) as Lambardar (Backward Class) of Village Khorma, Tehsil Narnaul, District Mahendragarh, was dismissed. None was present on the previous date of hearing, and the position also is same today.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
