As is discernible from the order dated 19.05.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to go through the Punjab State Education Class III (School Cadre) Service Rules, 1978, whereafter, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Despite the case having been called out twice, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that he has lost interest in pursuing the present case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
