SAHA The instant contempt petition is filed by the petitioner for willful and deliberate violation of the court's order dated 17.11.2014 passed in WP(C) 237 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the petitioner to file a fresh application to the Director General of Police stating all her grievances and the Director General of Police shall examine the same within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of filing of the said application. In the said order it was also mentioned that if the petitioner is covered by the Die-in-harness Scheme, as in force, then she should be provided a job under the said scheme. When the contempt petition is taken up for admission, Mr.

TD Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that they could not complete the process of examination in time but the alleged contemnor assured this Court that he will comply with the Courts' order within 6(six) wees from today. In view of the above submission of Mr. Majumder, another 6(six) weeks time is provided so that the alleged contemnor can comply with the order of this Court. It is needless to say that if the direction of the Court is not complied within time then the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again. With the above, the contempt petition is closed.
