Learned counsel, Mr. Majumder submitting a copy of Notification vide No.F.2(10-8- -SE-E(G)/05 dated 02.01.2014 submits that the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been given by the Department and therefore no cause of action survives. Learned counsel, Mr. Deb for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the relief given by the respondents.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and satisfied, the petitioner does not like to further proceed with the writ petition, and hence the writ petition is closed and accordingly stands disposed of.
