The accused is the owner of a jeep bearing registration No.TR-01-W-1522. On 20th October, 2015, this jeep was checked and during checking it was found that a secret compartment had been made by modifying the chasis and chamber of the jeep and when that compartment was searched 1950 bottles of phensedyl cough syrups were found. The accused, who is the owner of the vehicle, cannot claim that he has no knowledge about the modification of the chamber of the vehicle whereby, a secret chamber has been created. This shows that the accused was indulging in some illicit nefarious activities. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail.
