SAHA The instant application is filed by the petitioners namely Sri Manoj kumar Dhar and Smt. Spina Majumder (Dhar) for granting them pre-arrest bail in connection with Kamalpur PS case No. 46 of 2013 under Sections 120(B)/420 of the IPC and Section 4(3) of Tripura Protection of Interest of Depositor (in Financial Establishment) Act, 2000.
