Inadvertent mistake has crept into order dated 10.11.2022 mentioning the names of the parties as "Medical Council of India & Another versus Dr Sikha Agarwal & Ors". The names of the parties should be "Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. versus Ratan Das & Ors"

The names of the parties appearing in order dated 10.11.2022 be read as " Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. versus Ratan Das & Ors" instead of " Medical Council of India & Another versus Dr Sikha Agarwal & Ors".

The order dated 10.11.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Other portions of order dated 10.11.2022 shall remain unaltered.
