It appears from record annexed to the writ petition that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent authority concerned on 30th December, 2023 being annexure P-13 to the writ petition, before the respondent authority concerned which is still pending according to the petitioner. Petitioner submits that the Chief Executive Officer, Haldia Development Authority/respondent no.8, is the authority concerned to consider its representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 3218 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.8 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 30th December, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
