AD- 6 Ct No.16 24.02.2025 (SSS) SAT 48 of 2018 With CAN 1 of 2025 The Secretary Bankura Zilla Motor Mazdur Sangha Vs.

Smt. Jayashree Burman 1.

None appears for the parties at the time of call. We find that on January 15, 2020 none had appeared for the appellant even on the second call and the matter had been dismissed for default.

2.

Even today, at the time of call, none appears for the parties. On February 18, 2025, when the matter was placed in the list and called on for hearing by this bench, an adjournment for a fortnight was sought on behalf of learned Advocate for the appellant. Since the appellant is consistently avoiding appearance before this court and/or to move the matter, CAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
