Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. No accommodation is sought for even on earlier occasions.

This case pertains to the year 2018.

By filing this revisional application, Petitioners have prayed for quashing of proceeding arising out G.R. case no. 1495 of 2012 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barasat, North 24parganas arising out of Barasat P.S case no. 508 of 2012 dated 20.03.2012 under Sections 498A,406/323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later charge sheet has been submitted under Section 498A/323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and pendency of the case since 2018 and no one represented the petitioner. It seems the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1382 of 2018 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Consequently,CRAN/3/2020(OldNo.CRAN 276/2020) is also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after observing all legal formalities.
