Present application has been moved for extension of interim order dated 9th July, 2021. Issue notice. Learned Counsel for the opposite parties have accepted the notice.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners the interim order is extended till 31st August, 2025 or until further orders whichever is earlier.

Interim order be sent to the opposite parties on steps to be taken by the petitioner through permissible mode.

Accordingly, application CAN 3 of 2025 is disposed of.

Re.: CO 1250 of 2021 Learned Counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that the client has already been given NOC. Mr. Sarbananda Sanyal seeks discharge from the Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to issue notice to the opposite parties.
