1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court that the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the SIR Appellate Tribunal against the deletion of the names of the petitioners and the same is pending before the Tribunal.

3. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners No.2, namely, Sahidul Islam has got admission in the IIT Madras and verification of the documents is fixed on July 20, 2026 and he prays for a direction upon the Tribunal to dispose of the appeal as early as possible, so as to enable the petitioner No.2 to place all the records before the authority at the time of verification.

4. Considering the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal

preferred by the petitioners within a period of weeks from the date of receipt of this order by taking into consideration of the admission of the petitioner No.2 in the IIT Madras.

5. Accordingly, WPA 11453 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
