1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal filed by the petitioners before the Appellate Tribunal is pending.
4. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. Accordingly, WPA 11614 of 2026 stands disposed of.
