IN Re: CRAN 14 of 2024 1.

The petitioner was initially granted interim bail on August 17, 2018, on certain conditions. The order of interim bail was extended from time to time and finally confirmed on November 20, 2018.

Thereafter, from time to time the petitioner applied for relaxation of conditions of bail. Such applications were considered favourably by the court.

Presently, the petitioner says that as per the order dated July 26, 2022, the petitioner was directed to meet the Officer in Charge of the concerned Police Station once in a month instead of once in a week. He seeks waiver of the said condition. 4.

The State files a report from which it appears that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail.

In that view of the matter, we dispense with the condition of bail requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer in Charge of the concerned police station once every month. However, the petitioner shall continue to attend the trial court on each and every date of hearing.

CRAN 13 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
