akb Mr. Sayajit Basu ...For the Petitioner Learned Lawyer appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application has wrongly been filed seeking transfer of a maintenance case under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Burdwan. As such learned Lawyer submits, he be permitted to withdraw the instant revisional application.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revisional application with liberty to file appropriate application in accordance with law.
