We have considered the materials on record.

It is contended that there is non-compliance of Section 52A of the NDPS Act. However, evidence on record show the mother sample as well as the sample packets were produced in Court which repels any argument with regard to false implication or substitution.

Prayer for suspension of sentence was turned down earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to suspend the sentence.

Paper books be prepared within six weeks from date.
5.
Liberty to mention for hearing of the appeal after filing the paper books.
