1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated on alleged recovery of 204 kgs of ganja. It has been submitted that the petitioner No. 3 is the driver of the vehicle while petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 were speaking with the driver of the vehicle, i.e., petitioner No. 3. All the accused persons were intercepted at the spot. Till date, only four (04) witnesses have been examined and the prosecution, as a whole, intends to examine ten (10) witnesses.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail as huge quantity of contraband/ganja was seized in the present case.

3. I have taken into account the stage of the case and as a matter of last chance, I direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the evidence of rest of the witnesses within a period of six (06) months from the date of communication of this order.

4. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

5. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1351 of 2026 is dismissed.

6. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
