1. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the case relates to alleged recovery of 704 grams of brown sugar and the charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody for nine (09) months.
3. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
4. I have taken into account the chemical examiner's report which also does not enure any benefit to the present petitioner.
5. Having considered the facts of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
6. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
7. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the seizure-list witnesses are over.
8. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1366 of 2026 is dismissed.
9. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
