Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that he would be satisfied if his representation dated 23rd June 2023 made to the concerned authority is heard and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the Union of India submits that the representation will be decided in accordance with law expeditiously after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard.

In view of the submission made hereinabove, Union of India is directed to decide the representation dated 23rd July, 2026 in accordance with law without any delay after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
