15.01.2024 Srimanta Sl. No. 10 Ct. No. 655 CO/2370/2015 M/s. LASCO -Vs.- Life Insurance Corporation of India & Anr.

Mr. T. Dasgupta ...for the LICI.

Petitioner is not represented.

Mr. T. Dasgupta, learned Advocate on behalf of the opposite parties is present.

This instant application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated June 19, 2015 passed by the learned Trial Court. By passing the impugned order learned Trial Court rejected the application praying for stay of the further proceeding pending before the learned Estate Officer. It appears that the matter is pending since the year 2015 and accordingly it is reasonably presumed that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present application. So, no purpose will be served by keeping this application alive in the list.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/2370/2015 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
